Ways to Join：
1. Guests who participate in the program can contact hotel reception at any time during their stay at any Argyle Hotel Group Member Hotel to register and join the Atriplus Club to obtain their Membership Number.
2. You can also become a member by filling out an application form through Argyle Hotel Group’s website: www.argylehotels.com.
3. You become a full member once you have checked-in into any Argyle Hotel Group Member Hotel. 
 
Membership Requirements:
1. Members who want to enjoy the loyalty program of Atriplus Club need to fill out all of the required items that are listed in the application form. Incomplete forms are not able to be verified.
2. Membership is open to people 18 years of age and older.
3. Companies, Associations, Communities or Argyle Hotel Group employees are exempt from joining the Atriplus Club.
 
Membership Card Usage Regulations:
1. Each member can hold a total of one Atriplus Club Card bound with their valid mobile phone number and email address.
2. The Atriplus Club card is limited for use by the specific card holder.
3. The Atriplus Club card cannot give a guarantee of a delayed check-in.
 
Card Grades and Exclusive Services:

Standard Card: Issued to you once you have joined the Atriplus Club for free.

Atriplus Membership Upgrade:
1. Your Atriplus Membership Card will immediately be upgraded when you reach a higher level of membership. You will be alerted of this via text message and we will also send you an e-card to your email address.

Atriplus Member Points:
1. Standard Card: Every 10 RMB spent = 1 Atriplus Club Point (according to local exchange rates)
2. Gold Card: Every 10 RMB spent  = 2 Atriplus Club Points (according to local exchange rates)
3. Platinum Card: Every 10 RMB spent = 3 Atriplus Club Points (according to local exchange rates)
4. Diamond Card: Every 10RMB spent = 4 Atriplus Club Points (according to local exchange rates)
 
Points Rules:
1. Points are calculated according to the payment of all eligible total invoices, inclusive of taxes
2. All points are calculated using RMB currency (Chinese Yuan).
3. Exchange Rate: the exchange rate used is the one used at check-out.
4. Points are awarded, rounded up to the next whole integer.
5. Points Validity: Points are valid for a period of two years, if points are not used within this period, they will expire.
6. Atriplus Club Points are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.

Points Gaining Rules:
1.  To gain points, guests need to check-in to AHG branded hotels: Argyle Grand Hotel, Argyle Resort, Argyle Hotel, Ausotel and Argyle Boutique Hotel
2. Sales Restrictions (bookings process)
Reservations that are made through agents, inclusive of travel agents, online travel agents and other online sales channels or through third parties will not attract any points, nor will members be able to enjoy exclusive services provided by the Atriplus Club Member Loyalty Program. Only bookings made directly with the Hotel or through Argyle Hotel Group will be valid to attract points.
For example: If bookings are made through a third party such as Agoda, Booking.com or Expedia, they will not be able to attract points towards an Atriplus Membership.
Reservations made through Ctrip, Elong or other booking centres, where the payment is made at the front desk, these bookings are also not valid to attract points.
3. All eligibly priced products can enjoy the privileges of the program.
 
Eligible Costs:
1. Member shall pay all charges for his or her own room and any related accommodation fees in that are booked in the Members name at the time of check out.  
2. All other hotel charges outside of hotel accommodation are not eligible for the accumulation of points. 
Other charges that are not eligible for the accumulation of points include: Mini Bar, Telephone Charges, Room Service, Pay Per View TV, Laundry Service, Drinks and Food Consumed in the Hotel, SPA services and KTV charges.

Exchanging Points Process:
1.The redemption of Atriplus Club points for accommodation is dependent on room availability. If only a higher priced room is available, then the price difference will need to be paid be.
2. The redemption of Atriplus Club points can only be reserved through the 400-booking-centre number in advance, where points will be deducted from the member account accordingly.
3. A letter of confirmation in regards to the Atriplus Club point’s redemption in exchange for accommodation will be sent directly via text message and email to the registered email  address and mobile phone number provided. This confirmation will be needed as proof of redemption at the time of check in.
 
 
Points Management:
   “Happy Birthday, Enjoy Double Points” promotion is available under Atriplus Club terms and conditions.
1. From 1^st January 2014 onwards, guests who check-in into Argyle Hotel Group Member Hotels will enjoy this privilege.
2. This privilege is only for members of Atriplus Club Loyalty Program.
4. Either your Atriplus Card number or mobile phone number associated your account must be provided when making a reservation.
5. Earned points will be remitted to your personal account within 3 working days after check-out.
6. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions, nor is it available for group bookings. 
 

Happy Birthday, Enjoy Double Points
 Reservations made between 1^st January 2014 to 31^st December 2014, if your stay coincides with your birthday, you will earn double points with your Atriplus Club Card on the date of your birthday.
