● All citizens aged 16 or above can subscribe and join the ATRIPLUS CLUB.
● The membership and privileges are only for use by the members himself. No transfer of credit is allowed.
● No annual fee is required, but if the member credits is not used or accumulatd in more than 2-year period, it is deemed as that the member has waived his membership status.
● A member can check in at any Argyle hotel at the membership discounts, and can receive credit points based on the membership rank and total room price paid.
● If a member has booked a room but fails to check in and to notify the hotel to cancel the room booked, he will suffer credit point reduction.
● A member can query and check his credit points three days after check-out.
● The credit points remain valid for a period of two years, expiring which it will be deemed as that the member has voluntarily waived his membership treatment and his credits points will be cleared.
● Argyle Hotel Group collects the personal information of members only for the purposes of providing related services to the member himself. The member information will not be used for any other commercial purpose. Without the consent of the members in person, no personal information or records will be disclosed to any third party.
● Every member has a unique ATRIPLUS CLUB ID which is tied to a unique and valid mobile phone number and a valid E-Mail address.
● ATRIPLUS CLUB membership is only for use by the member himself.
● ATRIPLUS CLUB does not guarantee the room availability for guests who arrive late.
● Members of Argyle Hotel Group who have activated his membership and claimed the privilege after January 1, 2016.
● The privilege is only limited to members of the ATRIPLUS CLUB loyalty reward program.
● When a member books our hotel room via the 400 toll-free hotline, he must provide his membership ID or the mobile phone number tied to the membership account, to log in to the official website of Argyle Hotel Group at www.argylehotels.com to complete the booking process.
● Your credit points will be granted to your personal ATRIPLUS CLUB account in three workdays after your check-out.
● The privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other privileges or discounts.
● The free stay privilege to ATRIPLUS CLUB members by spending certain credit points is applicable only to the designated hotel room (in case of membership upgrading, the member needs to pay the deficits between the higher-grade room and the current room type).
● To exchange your credit points for our free stay services, you must book our service via the 400 toll-free hotline, at our ATRIPLUS CLUB member shop system.
● The confirmation message of free room exchanged by ATRIPLUS CLUB credit points will be sent to the member via SMS and E-Mail directly to the phone number/E-Mail address registered with us. When the member checks in, he must show this message to the hotel receptionist to complete the check-in process.
