DEVELOPMENT
MANAGEMENT CONTRACTHotel consignment management is a cooperative agreement made by contract between Argyle Hotel Group (Australia) and owners, where by Argyle provides full management of the owner's hotel and supplies a full operation team headed by a General Manager to operate the owner's property.
Management Agreement Process:
1.Review and evaluate the proposed hotel project, and submit market analysis and feasibility reports.2.As certain the appropriate branding for the hotel in accordance with Argyle brand standards and market orientation.
3.Sign hotel consignment management contract.
4.Foreign General Manager appointed by Argyle to head the hotel¡¯s management team and undertake the operation of the entrusted hotel.
