DEVELOPMENT
MANAGEMENT CONTRACTHotel consignment management is a co-operation agreement made between Argyle Hotel Management Group (Australia) and the owners, where by Argyle provides full management of the Hotel and supplies a full operation team headed by a General Manager to operate the owner's property.
Management Agreement Process:
1. Review and evaluate the proposed Hotel project, submit market analysis and feasibility reports.2.Make certain the appropriate branding for the Hotel project is selected in accordance with Argyle standards and market positioning.
3.Sign Hotel consignment management contract.
4.General Manager appointed by Argyle to head the Hotel¡¯s management team and undertake the operation of the entrusted Hotel.
