International Standardized Management System
"The Argyle International Hotel (Australia) Management Standards Handbook", the outcome of theory and practice by both the Argyle Hotel Group and the Argyle Academy, is the standard operations handbook used by all management executives within Argyle Hotels. These standards provide guidance in the pre-opening, establishment and operation stages of hotels including pre opening purchasing. Transparent operation systems ensure integrity and owner resources are utilized efficiently.
International Talent
Argyle has established international talent exchange channels and as a result are able to draw upon hotel professionals in Australia, USA, France and five major cities in China. In addition, the Argyle Academy has established cooperation with the Chengdu University of Technology, South China Normal University and other colleges throughout China to provide Advanced Diploma program on hospitality management.
Diverse Marketing Channels
In order to further advance brand awareness and broaden its sales channels, Argyle has set up a complete Corporate Identity System (CIS), centralized Group Marketing System, Central Reservation System (CRS) and Global Distribution System (GDS) partnerships. Additionally Argyle has established close relationships with many Chinese industry media outlets and institutions for the purpose of joint promotion. These relationships ensure the quantity and quality of bookings from various channels can be guaranteed.

Comprehensive Quality Control System
Argyle Quality Management is applied on two levels: (1)Standardized Management and Operations. (2)Daily supervision and examination. Argyle properties are required to undergo annual audits of hotel facilities, service standards, management systems and market image. Each property is comprehensively appraised according to fixed standards, and adjustments within the operation are made on the basis of these audit results.
